Each Round of Dancing in the schedule will include one top finalist dance from each category level (Absolute Beginner, Beginner, Improver, Intermediate, and Advanced). All voting and results are counted prior to the event through an online voting poll in Janurary. All Texas dancers are invited to vote.
After the Top 3 dances in each level are danced, the winners of each category will be revealed in the final hour of the event. Attendees present at the event will have a chance to vote LIVE for Dance of the Year out of the top 5 winning dances.
